Byrd's Pecan Oil

Straight from our family’s pecan trees to your kitchen, Byrd’s Pecan Oil is made from pecans we grow and press right here on the farm. Straight from our harvest with no preservatives, no additives and no outside processors.

We bottle every batch by hand in our kitchen. The result is a light, buttery oil that works for almost anything you cook. Thanks to its high smoke point, it’s great for sautéing, roasting, baking, or whisking into a simple vinaigrette. And besides tasting great, it’s naturally rich in good fats, antioxidants, and nutrients making it the more heart healthy option!
