Byrd's Preserves

Our preserves are made the old fashioned way with just cane sugar, pectin, and the fruit or flavor that makes each jar special. That’s it. No preservatives, no fillers, nothing you can’t pronounce. We keep our recipes simple so the real flavors can shine through, just like homemade.

Each batch is cooked with care to bring out the natural sweetness and bright, fresh taste of the fruit. Spread them on biscuits, spoon them over desserts, or enjoy them straight from the jar (we won’t tell!). However you use them, our preserves bring a little taste of home to every bite.
