From our family farm to your table, Byrd’s Missouri Native Pecan Halves are the kind of pecans we grew up eating. We raise them organically on our 600-acre farm here in Missouri, hand-harvest them each season, and package them ourselves in our farm kitchen. No preservatives, additives or shortcuts, just good pecans, grown the way our family has always done it.

Missouri natives are on the smaller side, but they make up for it with big flavor. Their higher natural oil content gives them a rich, buttery taste that stands out whether you’re baking, snacking, or grabbing a handful straight from the bag.

To keep them as fresh as possible, we always recommend refrigerating or freezing them when they arrive to help preserve that buttery taste.

Our story goes back to 1964, when Loyle Vernon Byrd and his wife, Mary Ann, started this farm with one goal: to use God's country to grow the best pecans in the Midwest. Today, their legacy lives on through five generations of Byrd's including kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, and the fifth generation who is starting to toddle around the farm. Each fall, these five generations work together to bring these tasteful pecans from our farm table to yours.
